Welcome to the One Percent Club, sometimes referred to OPCC, of which you are a One Percenter!

The purpose of this ‘Getting Started’ Section is to provide you with the information and tools which your membership gives you, so that in your first month, you will have taken the necessary steps to ensure that you make the most of your membership and position yourself and your business in the best way to drive it forward towards your goals.

You can of course follow the guide as quick or as slow as time/ability allows, but we have planned that it works best in the first 6 weeks of joining OPCC.  It’s also a great resource to come back to, time and time again.

Structure:

The structure is almost course like, and will take you through step by step how to use our methodology, tools and tactics so that overwhelm is reducing and you formulate a plan for your business moving forward.  By doing the leg work in small steps, it’s manageable, and hopefully easy to understand, so that you can implement it, and start moving the business forward.

Introduction to OPCC terms – A one page list of our glossary of terms which you will hear from us and other members, and what they mean, with links to more information so you too can become a master.

Taking Stock – finding out about where you are and where you want to go.  Without knowing these two things, you cannot formulate a plan.

Goal setting 101 – we believe that you must absolutely have goals, something to aim for, something that determines where you are, and one that lets you know you have arrived.

90 Day Goals & The Big Three – these are the steps you are going to take, over a 90 day period, that will ensure you remain on the right road, so you know that at the end of each quarter, you will be closer to hitting your longer term goals.

Could Do List – all the things you could do to drive your business forward

Triaging – working out which is the right thing to do and why

One Thing – this is the single most important thing you can do in your business

Time Blocking – setting aside time which you will only use to grow your business

Ensuring Success – tips and tricks to help you stay on track
