What happens now? As your fellow Board members accept their place, we’ll introduce you to each other, and arrange a “Getting to Know You” Zoom call in December, so we can all learn about each other’s businesses, challenges, opportunities – and key objectives for 2024.

We’ll also secure the dates (and locations) of our four in-person Boardroom days throughout the year, ensuring we can hit the ground running in January, and agree the key metrics that you want to focus on (and be held accountable to) throughout the year.
